The hook type shot blasting machine is designed to clean the parts hanging on the overhead conveyor belt and is used for casting or large parts that cannot be tipped over.
We provide various designs, including flow-through, Y-shaped, continuous or online sandblasting designs. Some of the advantages of our design include: low headroom required, low initial investment, complete sandblasting coverage without damaging parts.
The door of the overhead rail sandblasting machine will automatically open and load the components onto the hanger mounted on the cart. Then close the door and operate the blasting wheel unit. The high-speed abrasive will fall on the parts on the rotating hanger, and the hanger will rotate clockwise and counterclockwise for a certain period of time and perform sandblasting. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the blast wheel is closed, the door is automatically opened, and the hanger is removed to remove the components. At the same time, another hanger on the Y-shaped track also enters the purpose of the shot blasting machine.
